Have you been going for some time to your local health shop to buy tablets which meant to help you come over aches, pains, and chronic diseases?
Did it really help? Here’s why not: The body absorbs liquids faster and more effectively than solids. Absorption of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants etc… Is very important for our immune system. Some argument exists over how much more effective liquids are VS pills, and of course, not all pills are the same. However, according to the Physician’s Desk Reference, “only 10-20 percent of vitamins and minerals in…pill form are absorbed by the human body”.
This is an X-Ray showing undissolved pills in the colon When buying juice from the shop it usually comes in the form of filtered squeezed fruit with lots of sugar. So basically they take the pulp, skins and seeds out and serve you some colored water mixed with sugar.
Here’s Something to Think About:
Any fruit or vegetable we eat, stores at least 90% of its vitamins and minerals in the skin and the seeds, yet when we eat fruit and vegetables we throw away these 90% of pure nutrition…to the rubbish bin. Oh, that’s right – if you are an avid gardener you may throw it in your compost bin, well that’s nice.
Plants are the only source on earth for antioxidants, there is absolutely nowhere else where we can source this cell saver angel. Antioxidants will get in your body, only if you eat fruit and vegetables, they then scavenge and arrest any fungus, bacteria or a loose cancer cells. Once antioxidants take control on your system, you can be assured of no show of any chronic disease, fatigue, insomnia or any other illness which stops you from enjoying life.
Buying Fruit and Vegetables From The Shop Will Not Help!
There are two major problems with the fruit and vegetables we buy at the shop:
1. We don’t know how old it is. When you harvest any plant, it will start lose its nutrient content (antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, micro nutrients, etc…) within 24-48 hours. The fruit and vegetables we buy at the shop are usually sitting in a chiller for a few days before being put out on the shelf. This is just the nature of modern consumerism. So how much antioxidants and rest of good stuff do you actually get from your orange, banana, apple, tomato, etc…
2. Any plant we grow has to deal with all sorts of pests and extreme weather conditions. So to save it and let it keep grow, farmers spray plans with pesticides, herbicides, fungicides…you name it. These chemicals act as an outside source for protection to the plant thus prevents it from developing its own defense system, (called phytonutrients) and when we eat those fruit and vegetables we put in our body all these chemicals which expose us to a range of chronic disease. Most if not all fruit and vegetables you buy at the shop was sprayed with chemicals, they didn’t develop any natural chemicals from within and lack a lot of minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.
We Have acai Berry for you!
Imagine all those beautiful nutrient rich fruits that grow in the Amazon rain forest in Brazil.
For example the acai berry.
Acai grows on a palm tree which is about 10 meters high, this palm tree stand way above the roof of the Amazon bush. The extreme UV ray from above and too much water from the Amazon River bellow caused the acai to develop a strong immune system that is vital to our health.
