Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese healing method that works on an imaginary energy lines in the body called Meridians.   1. Stop eating in fast food joints. That’s include Mcd’s and BK. And any pizza joint. The oil they use to cook your food is poison when it enters your body. The ingredients they use in their burgers, buns, etc… is the lowest grade in the market
  2. Start exercise regularly. And do it every 2-3 days, spare your self half an hour to an hour of your day 3-4 times a week and you’ll see some results in no time.
  3. Eat 5-6 small meals a day. Sticking to only breakfast, lunch and dinner is not good for your metabolism and actually wrecks havoc inside your body.
  4. Get off that treadmill already. When I go to the gym I see many people jogging on a treadmill while they watching TV, because it bores them like hell. Have you ever thought to vary your exercises in order to stimulate your body to get better results?
  5. Don’t exercise every day. You must give your muscles rest as if you don’t, you’ll be prone to injury

Below are some steps that will help you understand the physique behind ripped abs.

  4. 70-80% of the process of losing fat is the food you eat. If you consume junk food all the time, you can work 24/7 in the gym and see NO results, ever. If you jog on a treadmill for half an hour you will burn…maybe 100-150 calories. NOW if you eat junk food like…pizza you already gained more calories than what you’ve lost on the treadmill, because one slice of family pizza contain 200 calories!
  5. By applying the correct cardio exercises and eating the right diet you can lose weight and expose your six pack abs within weeks!

OK, I am not saying there is an instant method to lose weight and get a six pack abs, but I do say that if you recognize the right way to lose weight you will actually achieve that desired body you always wanted, you will get a six pack abs, that is right, simply because you removed the excess fat that covers them.

There is actually a very cool program that will show you step by step what to do in order to lose weight and tone up, I found it on the net a few months back and applied the methods recommended in there. No I did not get instant results but within weeks I could see my body shaping up to the extent that I did not need to workout every second day or so. Instead I just need now to maintain my body only once a week. Who would not want to be active at least once a week?

I had lots and lots of fun in the process and would highly recommend it to anybody. There is no need to bore yourself on a cardio machine in the gym anymore. Now there is a new way of getting results with your training. It’s a better way, a healthier way and much more fun.
