Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese healing method that works on an imaginary energy lines in the body called Meridians. Every time I get of the acupuncture bed I feel a bit tired as if I just finished a run or a workout in the gym, that happens because acupuncture gets the blood stream in the body to go faster. when ever I get a cold I go to see Henry, and all he has to do is look at my tongue and check my pulse, and he knows what herbs to put together for me.

Here’s How to Stab Yourself Just Like I do and Be Healthy
If you want to get to the stage were you don’t need to go to the doctor anymore, (the last time I’ve seen my family doctor was about 2 years ago) feel energized all day, happy, live in a healthy and vibrant body and get fit, here’s what I recommend you do:
- Stop eating in fast food joints. That’s include Mcd’s and BK. And any pizza joint. The oil they use to cook your food is poison when it enters your body. The ingredients they use in their burgers, buns, etc… is the lowest grade in the market
- Start exercise regularly. And do it every 2-3 days, spare your self half an hour to an hour of your day 3-4 times a week and you’ll see some results in no time.
- Eat 5-6 small meals a day. Sticking to only breakfast, lunch and dinner is not good for your metabolism and actually wrecks havoc inside your body.
- Get off that treadmill already. When I go to the gym I see many people jogging on a treadmill while they watching TV, because it bores them like hell. Have you ever thought to vary your exercises in order to stimulate your body to get better results?
