I went to see Dr. Henry Su in Wellington last week. I think this will be the last time I see him before I am going to live back in Israel. This time I have filmed the process of this ancient treatment on video and it will soon show on my blog. I also interviewed Henry and asked him about the relation between acupuncture and exercise. Henry says that exercise is important for regular maintenance of the body, if you do only acupuncture you will see little or no results.
