There are some fats and oils which can be found on the food store shelf that I would not even put in my lawn mower. I will show you why below. Many chronic diseases started occur in the 50’s since all that stuff was produced in the first place. Here are some interesting facts about those fats and why you should avoid them at all cost to stay healthy:

  • Hydrogenated oils. These are trans fats that have been mixed with many deadly chemicals, they have been subject to ridiculously high pressure and temperature, they had industrial solvents added to them as well as a metal catalyst to promote an artificial hydrogenation, and to finish it off they were bleached and had deodorizing agents added to them. Majority of people in the world uses those oils in their home kitchens for cooking food. The results is inevitable wide spread chronic diseases and just general poor health. The sub-results is sky rocketing pharmaceutical companies share market. The solution: Next time you go to the store avoid any product that has even some hydrogenated oil of any kind in them such as margarine, (butter is much healthier than margarine), or shortening of any kind. Think about it this way, would you cook with an engine oil? never! just the thought of it makes me sick, let alone hydrogenated oils.
  • Refined oils. Even canola oils that considered healthy are refined oils. All refined oils went through the same process as hydrogenated oils. They undergo high pressure and temperature, solvent extraction, bleaching and deodorizing processes. Unless it says “virgin” or “cold expeller pressed” it is refined. Vegetable oil that has gone through all this abusive process lost its natural structure of fats, natural antioxidants, gained a lot of free radicals in its structure and is basically a super damaged product that should not be consumed by humans or any living creature.
  • Therefore, you should avoid at all cost: Anything deep fried. tortilla chips, potato chips, French fries, donuts, fried chicken, chicken nuggets, etc. All of this crap shouldn’t even pass as real food in my opinion!
  • Homogenized milk fat – Milk fat is a very healthy fat in its natural raw state. Milk and beef from grass fed organically raised cows is known to have higher quantities of healthy fats like conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and omega-3 fatty acids compared with grain fed cows. Traditional populations around the world have thrived in perfect health while consuming huge quantities of raw, non-pasteurized, non-homogenized, full fat dairy products. Once again, food processing ruins a good thing by pasteurizing and homogenizing milk fat, rendering it potentially dangerous inside the human body. Unfortunately, you will find it almost impossible to find raw milk in the US unless you personally know a farmer. As an alternative, cultured dairy products like yogurt have at least had beneficial microorganisms added back to them making them better for you. Realistically, since you probably won’t find raw milk, sticking to skim milk is the best option to avoid the homogenized milk fat. If you use butter for cooking, your best option is grass-fed butter.

We have cells in our body. Those cells need to be nourished by good nutritious food to remain healthy, Once cells in our body get damaged we get sick, we develop chronic diseases, and the funny thing is that if we then start eating well we sometimes get over our chronic disease, so it is only then that we realize what we should do right. Treat your body and eliminate from your diet all those poisonous oils and fats, choose organic, exercise regularly and remain healthy.
